Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (ToS) apply to all subscriptions to the services offered by the DILAIG platform, published by DILAIG, between any professional (hereinafter "the Client") and DILAIG (hereinafter "the Provider").

Any subscription to a DILAIG plan implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToS. The Client declares to be acting as a professional within the meaning of applicable consumer law. These ToS prevail over any document issued by the Client.

DILAIG offers three subscription tiers:

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is that in force at the time of invoicing.

Subscriptions are taken out exclusively online via the DILAIG platform. The contract is formed upon payment validation and the sending of the subscription confirmation email to the Client.

DILAIG reserves the right to refuse or terminate any access in the event of non-compliance with these ToS.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the Client's choice, by automatic direct debit via our secure payment provider (Stancer).

Subscriptions are entered into for an indefinite period, automatically renewed at each due date. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard, with effect at the end of the current period.

Upon termination, the Client's data is retained for 30 days then deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

DILAIG commits to maintaining platform availability of 99.5% per month, excluding planned maintenance notified with 48 hours' notice.

DILAIG's liability is limited to direct damages and the amounts actually paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
