Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) define the conditions of access to and use of the DILAIG platform, accessible at dilaig.com, published by DILAIG. Any access to the platform implies unconditional acceptance of these ToU.
Access to the platform
Access to DILAIG is reserved for professionals with a valid account. Account creation requires providing a professional email address, a secure password, and information about the organisation.
Access conditions
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and undertakes to immediately notify DILAIG of any unauthorised access to their account.
Platform features
DILAIG provides the following features depending on the subscribed plan:
Structured compliance assessment questionnaires under EU Regulation 2024/1689
Automated risk level analysis of your AI systems according to the AI Act taxonomy
Production of compliance documentation via AI (Mistral AI) — notices, impact assessments
Dashboard for tracking corrective actions and overall compliance status
User obligations
The User undertakes to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In particular, it is prohibited to:
Use of generative AI
ℹ AI information
DILAIG integrates artificial intelligence models (Mistral AI) for the automated generation of compliance documents. The generated outputs are drafting suggestions, not certified legal opinions.
The User acknowledges that automatically generated documents must be subject to human review before being used for regulatory compliance purposes. DILAIG shall not be held liable for errors or inaccuracies contained in AI outputs.
Data entered by the User is not used to train DILAIG's or its partners' AI models.
Personal data
DILAIG processes the User's personal data as data controller for account management and as data processor for business data entered in audits.
Intellectual property
All elements of the DILAIG platform — interface, algorithms, audit methodologies, scoring nomenclature, document templates — are the exclusive property of DILAIG and are protected by copyright and software law.
Compliance documents generated by the platform from the User's data belong to the User.
Security
DILAIG implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processed data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

Modifications to these ToU
DILAIG reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any material change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated ToU.
Governing law
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to attempt an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
